I am more leaning in the empiricialist route of psychology, so let me shill for quantitative psychology, and say that most of the Big 5 personality can predict genius better than their IQ scores can, but that is an intuition of mine.

It is one of the most mathematically sound and predictive products of psychology.

Conncieniousness has a little bit of predictive validity
