@Charlemagne this is how progs gain power in institutions, they are nepotistic as fuck along with the HR department. we need to do the same. loyalty or ideological conformity can be just as important as ability. they do this shit through HR as well. just dont hire anyone who is an activist or pro-choice or looks funny. just imagine it "2-3 years of coding expereience, a theology, or nationalist degree, masters degree etc"
