2019-01-07 02:51:31 UTC

Just to show what it would look like

2019-01-07 02:51:43 UTC

But try to keep upright

2019-01-07 02:51:50 UTC

Was just difficult doing it and getting a photo

2019-01-07 02:52:42 UTC

or just do a lot of push-ups

2019-01-07 02:52:49 UTC

wide arm helps more for chest

2019-01-07 02:52:49 UTC

As you're taking it back to the neutral position (pic 2) try to do it as slow as possible

2019-01-07 02:53:05 UTC

Wide arms are good, but that also puts some load on the biceps

2019-01-07 02:53:14 UTC

and if you want max results keep your muscles under tension for as long as you can on your last rep

2019-01-07 02:53:18 UTC

slowly go down

2019-01-07 02:53:20 UTC

very slowly

2019-01-07 02:53:24 UTC

Wide arm helps keep it to the chest, but still a little bit on the biceps

2019-01-07 02:53:25 UTC

Yeah

2019-01-07 02:53:28 UTC

Also

2019-01-07 02:53:40 UTC

Neutral grip for pushups

2019-01-07 02:53:48 UTC

Do them on your fists

2019-01-07 02:53:55 UTC

Helps put more load on the chest

2019-01-07 02:54:16 UTC

do them with rings and feet elevated for even better results

2019-01-07 02:54:31 UTC

you gotta balanced through the whole act

2019-01-07 03:05:43 UTC

@-Prince in the photo what direction are you moving the weight, out then to the side or just to the side?

2019-01-07 03:06:12 UTC

like not lifting it up at all just contracting the chest

2019-01-07 03:07:27 UTC

Usually just side to side, but when its back at your side, moving it a bit behind you helps stretch your chest a bit more. More the outer part, but helps define it nonetheless

2019-01-07 03:07:33 UTC

And imagine it like a pendulum

2019-01-07 03:08:00 UTC

Try the movement without any weight

2019-01-07 03:08:15 UTC

i feel that

2019-01-07 03:08:26 UTC

You'll tense your chest a bit, and see what I mean, but it's hella good with weight

2019-01-07 03:08:36 UTC

I use 20kg because that's half of what I bench

2019-01-07 03:09:00 UTC

Mind you, I bench for multiple reps

2019-01-07 03:09:07 UTC

A couple sets at a time

2019-01-07 03:09:18 UTC

i never get there early enough to get a bar so i barbell bench instead

2019-01-07 03:10:02 UTC

I haven't got a rack at home, I just dumbbell bench

2019-01-07 03:10:09 UTC

Helps with variety too

2019-01-07 03:10:13 UTC

usually i use 2 50lbs dumbells

2019-01-07 03:10:43 UTC

should move up, maybe i try it tomarrow

2019-01-07 03:14:32 UTC
