Damn
Still need time
Wholesome
nod an argumend :DDDD intensifies
Now I'm gonna hit the gym harder than how I hit the fags with a sledgehammer
Weird kink, but alright.
👌
Just spent an hour simplifying my workout tracking strategy down to just two sheets of paper
Way better and faster than messing with a Google spreadsheet during every workout
It was much easier when I was doing Stronglifts, but now I'm on a dumbbell-only plan that has 20 different lifts
Do send us a copy.
It's gonna be hard to read but here's the general idea
This is what I use to track how much weight to use
I have dumbbell plates of sizes 0.5, 1.25, 2.5, and 5 kg (i.e. 0,1,2,5)
Each mark indicates how many of that size plates to use (on one side of one dumbbell) - you can see the sizes on the left/right side columns
One row (of lift names and the corresponding weight amounts) corresponds to one day (it's a 3 day per week plan)
As i progress, i just mark the weights accordingly
Now, while I'm doing the workout, I have to track my sets, otherwise I lose count
That's what this is for
It's blank right now, but I will just make tallies for each set I do on each lift.
Then I'll also remember which day I'm on.
Mega chad moment
what are they standing on?
A structure
brvh
what is the purpose and use of the structure
context needed
It's a veranda
It looks like a mattress
Mattresses are for sleeping
Weight tree I built for my dumbbell weights
No more gym for me
Living the dream
Bruh
Are those like .25kg each?

It looks tiny
