I've not been to latin mass
Just remember you spend more time in a Latin mass kneeling than the NO.
In a Low Mass, you only stand to hear the Gospel readings.
In the High Mass, it's the start of the Gloria, the Gospel readings and the Pater Noster.
Oh, and when the Priest enters and leaves, of course.

Instead of only being able to concentrate on the pain and controlling yourself, you could actually maybe, focus on the task at hand.
Because idk about you, but when I'm kneeling for communion. All I can think about is how much fucking pain I'm in.
