And I lost zero strength or muscle mass
so you must have been working out?
Not at all
i lost 30 kg over a 2 month period, i was playing basketball once a week and practicing for 2 hours every night
and i was halving everymeal
Lazy desk job, stretching here and there. I bought a bike a few weeks ago and I've been riding after work
like no joke halve it, i would serve myself a plate like i usually would but then eat only half and then put the other half away for the next meal
The problem with that is, your insulin remains high for a longer period of time, preventing you from burning fat.
well yeah 2 months
but i was gaining at the same time
So if your body can't burn fat, you'll get slower metabolism, and you'll go catabolic
lol
Sure, if you were at maintenance or at a surplus
i was trying to loose wait but do it in a healthy way.
and it did take longer but i did it
i went from 130 kgs of fat shit to 100 kgs and had msucle mass gain
honestly, I cant think of that would really bring me joy that I could do on a daily basis to replace my gluttonous habits
after i got married i started to gain fat again becuase i didnt have the same time to dedicate to sports, but next month i start playing rugby so im hoping to loose some more weight
@Orthodox Andy fasting is the most optimal way to do it.
Does your fast include supplements?
that doesnt change the fact I cant really think of anything that would make me want to come home, or abright spot in the day
I just feel dead inside thinking of daily life without the food I want
No supplements. Just salty water
Do you have any hobbies?
geezs
thats pretty sucky man
@Orthodox Andy is depressed.
I know that feel
not really. Ocassionaly I attempt to repair old electronics, but the finds for that are pretty rare, and after I get home from work, the last thing I want to do is more shop stuff
when I do do that, it's usually only on the weekends
dude i think sports is what you should do
you will also make some new friends
Repairing electronics sounds like something useful to do with your knowledge, but not something really motivating
and it gives you something to look forward to
if you where to play anything what would you?
Personally, I like 3D rendering, painting, and some videogames,
maybe basketball or tennis
basketball is great
It'd be hard to find someone to play with me on my schedule
tennis isnt too bad
is there like a sports centre near by you can join?
