Death is heavier its about doom and gloom

They sing about mythology

And their art work is middle ages themed

Kinda death metal ambient but musically more near thrash (specially speed)

With more principium est meaning death is the beginning

Oh and ex deo are a band about the romans

A lot of bands i listen too are pretty chill when it comes to satan and demons tbh

I'll give them a look

They have an album called dawn of the 5th era and it starts with god being murdered and the ensuing chaos. And ironically it shows how humanity cannot survive without a religious figurehead

It then goes onto tell about the leader of titans "demons" i am assuming. And the murderer is pursued by madness

Greek mythology maybe? If the titans had won

It has a picture of biblical god

On the album cover

And the cross falling down

Oh and listen too edguy wrestle the devil . It seems pro religion

The catholism one is about purification of sins

Interesting though they talk about pride of place being a sin

I don't really tend to listen to a lot of Christian metal.

It's just... not great in my experience.

But hey, do try and change my mind

I just listen too different bands and some happen to be christian
