The thing is I think technocracy will work but only in the areas of the State that need someone educated in that area. For example, it would be understandable having a doctor in the health office, or a soldier in defense office

Also, the only party that I know defend technocracy it's the mexican PRI (Partido de la Revolución Institucional, Revolutionary Institutional Party), center-right and technocrat, but one of the must corrupt political parties in the world and one that crash Mexican development

They even have politicians in their party accused of crimes against humanity, like the ex governor of Veracruz

I think that fascism still have points, but (and I recognize this since I'm a fascist) fascism is a political system that need crisis: Crisis feed fascism, and in peace fascism can't stand. Just look at the context of the european fascism: Economic crisis by the USA Crash and political crisis by the communist menace

And even in times of peace, fascism lives in a constant state of war (for example, Spain under Franco's regime)

Musically, Ghost it's a “meh” band, kinda chilly. But yeah their lyrics and aesthetics are really edgy (in a teenager way)
