I normally drink energy drink of 4 or 5 sometime 6 days but now I cut down to 2 but when I dink the 3rd 1 my throat starting to be tightness , does any 1 have a clue what's is the problem

Caffeine is still a drug but it's better than everything you'll have in an energy drink
Just don't want to have it so often that you become dependent on it

I woke up midday today, my sleep schedule is wrecked. Considering drinking three coffees at 6 pm (I usually don't drink coffee at all), then have a caffeine crash and go to bed at midnight.
