It doesn't really matter. Jurisdiction just means who administrates. Orthodox is orthodox. In America there's a clusterfrick of different jurisdictions because we got orthodoxy late so have yet to have a single American orthodox church solidify yet (there is OCA but it's not dominant at all) and various orthodox nations have sent missionaries
