True but the inherent Byzantine Rite is sort of not fitting for them as the ROC (Romanian Orthodox Church) is the only Romance speaking Orthodox Church. That should somehow ring a bell that something is not alright. The Roman rite (which was is and will ever be in Latin) is much more appropriate.

They just show up that way because the government census in the 90's forced people to pick Hungarian or Orthodox. So the Greek Catholics picked Orthodox
