And my biggest issue with Catholicism is the Rosary, and Mary being some sinless, eternal virgin. Like she is some modern Christian demigoddess

Mary is not a demigoddess, and no one said she is. The Church idiolizes St. Michael all the time, but I never hear you people say that we worship him as a god.

Nah, you shouldn't directly worship anyone but Christ. Idolization of Saints was always the common practice.
I think that they should be role models to look up to, but not glorified like they are.
Like the baptism patron names. There was a story about early Christians following certain apostles, instead of the Lord.
When you idolize one individual you subtly take away the glory of Christ.
All heavenly glory ultimately comes from Christ in the first place.
I suppose that makes sense.
