I made 3 posts in the LC forums last night, if any of you have an account there, I'd ask that you pop over and leave your thoughts. The admin team and I would really appreciate your help in getting the traffic flowing through the forums, especially since Facebook has introduced algorithms to look for fake news and made them part of the group admin tools. They will automatically remove any post deemed to be spreading fake news, so we want to try and encourage the use of the forums for serious discussions and we can use Fb to shitpost more effectively.

Who knows. My record for time without any sleep worthy of note is about 10 days (I'd get maybe 2 hours sleep a night).
The best trick is to think about something else. Say a rosary. Don't look at a clock, a phone-screen, or anything else and don't think about trying to sleep.
