Even I change my fb name from Alexandros Nikephoros to Lee Leo Se-Min. Lee is Family Name, Se-Min is Given name, Leo is my Chrismation Name at Russian Orthodox Church

That's not a western tradition, unfortunately.
If you become a priest or religious, you get to pick a saint name.
If I were to become an oratorian, I'd choose Sebastian after Blessed Sebastian Valfré.
