We give married couples with good genes a pension

and we add $1,0000 to that pension every time they have a kid

We get the money for these pensions by taxing non-Christian families for not raising their children to be Christian

How about we get rid of this whole "people must stay with those of similar genes" thing and just let Christians marry whatever other Christian they want?
