Telegram is a messaging app like whatsapp. You can talk with contacts, or, among other things, create a channel so that those that join it can only receive messages from it

The bullhorn is a one-way communication channel, basically plays the role of the announcements channel. I post news and spicy stuff there. And in the event things go south it will be the last line of communication from the LC leadership

There are also many uses for telegram. For example there are bots. Personally I use a bot to which you can send a youtube link to receive a file with the audio of the video

There are bots for pretty much everything

(a bot is a machine-controlled chat)
