More like I look at classical shamanism as beliefs surrounding the belief in spirits and magic, where as I believe that they believed that what they experienced was real, where I believe it’s a personification and pattern recognition explaining things to our minds that we cant comprehend, so we tend to see humanoid things, here voices, etc. mind must translate things on a way you can understand, but you just look deeper than your eyes tell you
