The meme is coming from the angle of we can’t use it unless we’re paying so we can’t be against the current format, but besides that being fallacy of tradition or governance, the point is there is no actual argument being made against the idea of private roads, yet private roads are better maintained and updated then any public roads short of dc, second, Pizza Hut is doing a better job filling pot holes then the state

@Phobia If you do get Generation Zero, be warned that the game does have some instability issues where crashing to desktop can happen 2 to 3 times an hour, sometimes it plays without problem, sometimes it crashes. It's a mixed bag. I think the game is fun.
There isn't any PVP, it's all PVE and co-op up to 4 people in a game. The machines you fight will learn as you destroy them and become smarter, stronger, faster and more heavily armored as you go and after a while Rival machines will spawn and those can be difficult. Story line is a bit lacking, some missions are bugged out. I don't recommend buying right now, wait till summer next year so they can iron out some bugs and crash fixes.
The good part about buying now is if you got time to submit bug reports now and then, it would help and the prices is still pretty low sense it's a non AAA game title, no loot boxes or micro transactions either. Besides a few Cosmetic DLC packs which some are free is about all there is for extras.
