Margaret
a few of us live in china
im in central hubei province
jobs in china are tough - 97% are english teaching (either teaching english itself, or teaching IN english) and then 2% are expats who already worked for a company before they came and continue to work for them
the extra 1% are those good random jobs you hear about haha
two of today in Hualien
nice
taroko national park
the shrine was inaccessible due to maintenance work, which is really sad since it was one of my reasons to visit Hualien
more taroko
and some random stuff
durian is gud shit
i was impressed by the size
this is why I took the pic
like the panorama of the little shop with the steamers out in front
what they sell pork buns?
that's a breakfast shop. I don't know about China but in Taiwan they are everywere
that one specifically made pork buns, omlettes and toast
pretty cool,
we gonna do a day in hualien as well
china doesnt really do breakfast shops. i think most people either pick up some street food to eat on the bus
or make stuff at home
theres not really a culture of "lets go out to restauraunt to eat breakfast" really, as far as i see
