@kaetaa good if you're in Taipei and in "high educated tourist spots" like national parks, temples etc. English in Taipei decreases as your distance to the 101 increases. English in other cities is barely spoken (I had hot pot with some employees of TSMC for a job interview, two of three were unable to have very basic English smalltalk. I was shocked af)
