Or they constantly call or send goons to stand outside your place
So they have these really intricate reporting systems for all the services because the companies want quality control - but no one does it because they are scared
Or they don't want to take face from them
It's gotten to the point where I don't even tell this shit to my friends and family back home because it sjust so god damn unbelievable
