Chinese dry shiitake have a pretty weak taste for some reason anyway compared to the fresh ones

Honestly I can't understand it. My girlfriend is from one of the most declining regions and there are a ton of children everywhere and all her same age friends have kids
But obv. I just know a tiny part of the population, Taiwanese always appeared very family oriented to me
Maybe it was just extreme in past
I mean there are >20 mio people on that tiny island
