@kaetaa The steamed meatballs were quite good, can you recommend some more chink food?
The stuff I like is hard to get outside of China, but I really enjoy a good pork baozi
Which should be easy to find outside of China
Something unique would be 2 specializes from the city I lived in: hot dry noodles and wuhan duck neck/collar
There is a company called zhou hei ya that makes spicy duck neck snacks and it's real good
>finding
Are you implying i'd buy frozen chinky food?
🤔
Well if you are gonna cook it then yeah hot dry noodles is good. They also have a special way to eat crawfish
It's like dripping in spicy oil
Very good if your country has crawfish
lol nope
We have succesfully destroyed most sea food reservoirs 100 years ago
Are the hot dry noodles also called wuhan?
This is what I hate in Europe, seafood is fucking shit and expensive. At least swedcucks have salmon and shit
you can get breddy gud fairly fresh seafood in lidl in my experience
>fresh
I know only two places that actually serve sashimi worthy tier fish and they import it.
Pretty good, but I'd just pay by card to not have to look on the recipe
I had frozen(i know) shrimp from lidl once, shit had no taste
Wuhan is the city the dish is famous in. They are just called hot dry noodles
Re gan mian
You can get a giant bowl of them for 4rmb
All over the city
It's a breakfast food
What's dry about them?
Duck neck looks good tho, i know something familiar with goose
It means dry by not being in a broth
They are covered in a sauce
Looks like a nice dinner
big quack
I want a roasted duck now
@kaetaa is roasted duck in Beijing much better than in other places of the world?
I had roasted duck in Tainan and it was 10.01/10
Nah it's pretty good everywhere
It's more about the restaurant
indias duck curry is pretty good
I tried duck curry only from a cheap takeaway in Swizterland, I don't know how good ones tastes. The one I had was just overspiced and I had stomach pain for a whole day
>overspiced
You mean too hot, or just weird seasonsing?
