If you expect someone who is determined to kill tons of people to be stopped by gun laws, you don't understand the shooter mindset
https://twitter.com/thegreatlukeski yeah looks like i expected
He's most likely on the spectrum.
I mean this unjokingly
But it's just a guess
plenty of people are that doesnt make them softy fags tho
Yeah, I know. Just seems like someone on the spectrum would do
I had a similar mindset when I was younger, but more with wondering why life wasn't like fiction. Just kinda felt lame
Anyway, that shooter mindset thing
Basically, "it's me or them." "I was wronged and they deserve this." "There is no other way." "I am a good guy." "Their lives aren't important."
sure but to address thos would be too much work, the simple feel good answer is to just ban guns
there are many such problems these days that are treated as such a way
The antiguns argue that it's all whites and in the end, maybe it is
Maybe whites have a tendency to have more mental health issues or something
We wouldn't know, though, because nobody looks into this
When you weed a garden, you don't pull out just the visible part because it will grow back and spread further. You have to pull out the roots.
And there are a lot of roots to this
sure but in this analogy the garden is tended by opportunist and demons, of course they dont want to address the deeper issues
Some people want to defend children just as much as us, but they see us as the bad guys because we are saying that what killed them didn't kill them..or it looks like that
Others are using the anti-gun opinion to propel them into the political spotlight
General consensus seems to be that conservative views are less important than left wing views because conservative means that you are holding back progress. By supporting left wing views, you are often more likely to be liked, in my opinion
Of course, I'm basing this off of news reports, colleges becoming more liberal, how people act online, etc. Not statistics
it seems people for the most part will believe whatever is in their power interest or what their peers believe. the one that really sticks out was this gay at an office job i had brought up net neutrality when i am very much against it, we talked and not even a couple sentences in this guy ask me "whats an ISP?", even though this man was extremely pro-net neutrality he had no idea why he had these views.
A guy I look up to online talked me out of liking net neutrality
Can't remember exactly what, but I do know it doesn't allow for the freedom everyone thinks it does
Ajit Pal is still a loser
wrong
supposedly net neutrality provides power to social media giants
streaming services
a battle between them and telecomm companies
*buuuuuuuuuuuuurp*
damn, content really has been stalling lately
God save us all
*braps* haw haw
Based.
NN is just Google and Netflix getting as much bandwidth as they want for free from ISPs
oh and porn of course
Are there really gonna be f the troops shirts?
Okay, let's share some embarrassing stories. So yesterday, I was washing a cast iron skillet. After sufficiently removing the left-over oil, I set it on the stove and turn on the burner so that it dries rather than rust. I go to get ready for class, and I remove the skillet from the stove instantly burning my thumb because I forget it was hot. Long after the initial burn, my thumb still had a searing sensation.
