My chest has always been weak, nowadays I just do like 1pl8 10x3 bench pretty easy I should try to pr soon
Chest took forever for me, squat was always solid
I struggled to get to 185 then 225
You gotta be okay with switching it up sometimes. I would alternate with 12 weeks of a strict powerlifting guide, then 6 weeks hypertrophy
