I wanted to buy a laptop in Taiwan but once I arrived it wasn't available on pchome anymore. Also, Taichung sucks for electronics and I won't be back in Taipei this year
I wanted the Lenovo 120s. Why buy it in Taiwan? Because I'm learning bopomofo and I wanted it with a bopomofo keyboard
So I went to the Asus store since there's a 11" vivo which is similar cheap but they didn't have it and I would have need to order it (4 days waiting, flight is on Sat)
What's bopomofo
It's just a phonetic alphabet for Chinese characters, mainly used in Taiwan
In China it's not used, they use pinyin instead
But apparently zhuyin/bopomofo is easier once you get used to it and I wanted to make a serious commitment in learning it
