Things like feminism, the college racket etc are designed to make families harder to create and bring birth rates down, which in a normal society without mass immigration would solve itself as people more resistant to that kind of propaganda would breed more, but there's a pincer attack of that plus mass immigration making it harder for those people to have families with lots of kids too, ensuring replacement, because those people tend to not be welfare hound types,they won't breed unless they can financially afford it.
