This. When you get to the floating continent it feels like you are in a place where mortals don't belong. All the magic and supernatural stuff feels pretty cool because it's portrayed as alien and unsettling instead of fantastic like the other FFs.

6 has the better world and story, the post magic war apocalypse steampunk/alchemy tech. Magitek armor is cool, no getting around it. Combine those elements of imperial and feudal age with humans and espers/supernatural the struggle to strike balance and coexist or repeat cycle of destruction

FFV has best method of transportation. Airship that can land on water and also become submarine. Autists everywhere appreciate
