i think thats a mod
ah
now that I think about it, someone gave me an old broadcast cart machine that used floppies and weird ass rates too
What is that machine
digital sampler
25.75 was a funny one
all those others are standard
why decimals?
32khz was common in broadcast radio until the 2000s because it saved disk space
oo killem
32khz = 16,000hz audio bandwidth which was just slightly higher than the 15,000hz limit of FM radio
decimals because they're all multiples of a smaller number
weird sample rates is fine if a digital device has analog i/o and will do the up converting itself
shit like 36khz isn't supported by SPDIF or AES EBU anyway
plus that digital cart machine uses shitty 90s audio compression
zip drive would be cool though
100 MB with mp3 codec would sound great and hold tons of 30 second spots
but at that rate why not just buy a digicart that has an HDD inside
This song goes hard https://youtu.be/tvyPbxIpeVE
SNES audio is 32khz
Fz-1 is good shit you got the rack one?
do any of you work at recording studios?
tryna find it
cant find one for sale
i've been searching for months
this shit is all pretty expensive for hobbyists
Nah studio jobs are mostly dried up
i need an FZ
a roand R-8
*roland
and a behringer neutron
thats my current wishlist
connections bro
Nice
studios are all networking
oh yeah and i was gonna get a zoom 1202
Networking isn't enough, hella take a number status
