I was on a train in 2002 heading to visit friends in college. As I was getting to get off I noticed an old woman with the numbers tattooed on her arm. I froze and my heart sank and my gutd twisted to know what she went through. She noticed me looking (I was standing next to her waiting for the train to stop to get off) and I looked at her and pointed at my arm where her tattoo was and she nodded. I asked to shake her hand.
