is the assumption that upon a second striking

if the 2nd enchantment i pair with the 1st has some effect or ability beside physical damage that it is duplicated
as if im just striking twice, for example if paired with poison does that equal two separate 25% chances to paralyze my opponent
or if paired with Haste enchantment do i undergo two separate buffs of 150% attack speed for each strike that my ghost enchantment allows or is the second hit just a slap and the effects are nullified for the following strike?
Multipliers are presumed to be instance oriented probability. So the ghost/2nd strike will yield halved multiplier on the 2nd strike along with halved damage; however something like haste is guaranteed and would affect weapon speed by 150% on the initial strike and translate to the second one at the same rate.
