Avocado toast is some good shit memes aside, I know its a libtard stereotype but if you out a sunny side up egg and a strip of bacon or ham on it its a good source of potassium for breakfast

One avocado has like a quarter of your daily potassium and odds are if you eat the avg American died you don't even get 25% over the course of your entire day + a load of sodium on top of that
