I love the comfy countryside in P4
Yeah P4 is consistent even if the slogs are very sloggy
the vita port was really good
Yes it was
it added more stuff to do
I hope the confidant cut off date in P5R is pushed back to February
they'll probably do that
in P4G they made Naoto's window to max more slackened too cause in PS2 version it was really inconvenient
I got all the confidants maxed on my first run but it was tight
Main thing Royal needs to do is make Haru feel less like the Naoto of P5
That is, the character brought in too late to develop as thoroughly as the rest of the cast
Okumura should be given some larger role prior to that palace
So the intro feels more natural
What benefits does maxing Futaba do
Maxed out Rise was barely useful
Maybe let you actually play as Haru with Morgana in that part so you actually get an understanding of her early on
In P4G maxed out Rise was fucking broken
Free buffs and heals up the wazoo
The difficulty dies with her
She barely gave me any buffs and heals during the Izanami fight
Yeah I felt they deliberately did that to balance her out
Kinda late tho
Izanami is long but piss easy by MegaTen standards
I beat Jabaldaboth on first try, but Izanami took me 4 tries because I was severely underleveled
Digital Devil Saga is where the real boss challenge is
I was probs over leveled for both
Jaldaboth gave me more challenge than Izanami because he actually had destructible appendages to exhaust your resources on
I was laughably over leveled for Nyx Avatar
Just spam Armageddon and stock up on SP items
That one actually was the easiest for me
If you want a tougher version of Jaldaboth try the final boss of Digital Devil Saga 1
And if you wanna go crazy try beating the superbosses of both DDS games
I did it
It was my Blood Gulch, Iraq gamer medal
how good are the digital devil games. I liked nocturne but didn't find raidou kuzunoha very fun
DDS games are very good
100%ed both of them
when a kid's face just makes you want to kick the shit out of them
DDS is really fun and a good introduction to SMT for Persona players cause it retains the 'every character gets a unique spirit alter ego' theme of being a Persona user but also integrates a lot of mainline SMT mechanics not present in P3 or 4
