So, i don't really dislike Tim, but its sad he doesn't know that the only geography that matters as for as our 2nd Amendment is concerned is if you are within the US.
He also keeps claiming Bernie doesn't want to nationalize a bunch of industry. This is false Bernie has mentioned wanting to nationalize the banks, healthcare, and deodorant.
On the gun issue, I don't think Tim is commenting on how the law applies, but on why there is a divide in attitude between urban and rural people on the issue of guns.
