yeah you wonder into that fight at your own risk, I've broken up big guys fighting but never a bitch fight
I don't want to lose an eye
lol i wont do either
the second time i had my front teeth shattered was breaking up a big brawl
bunch of gang bangers showed up to halloween party and shit popped off.
@Lord Zedd That wasn't there first terrible video about men, they did one about campus rape (because only men rape) and tied it to sex dolls.
Because all men want to do is rape...
sorry didn't see the ping, I was too busy raping, but you know how that is
As we all.
lol i knew this might happen a bit ago.
Might be hard to keep that trademark up
It's an English word so can probably only stop other media sites from using the word
He says it's obsolete, I'm not sure about that
I understand his problem, but i don't know if he can do anything about it. Other then hope they are nice enough to change (tho if he really had a problem with it, maybe he might think of changing his).
It would be a lot harder for Tim to change his brand than for them to change. They've got one game that hasn't even been released under subverse. Tim has several years worth of content.
What do you mean by anything happening? Rebranding is a lot of work when you already have established products
I mean i don't see anything will come of Tim's effort to get them to change their name.
So i think the only thing will happen is if he doesn't mind it, or changes his own brand name.
It's likely they will need to rebrand for a US release at least.
I don't even think that would happen, but i could be wrong....
Since Tim has Subverse trademarked and it's not a word that's used commonly I think that most courts would uphold the trademark in this scenario.
Now if they named it Subverse - the game or something then they would be fine.
Just like how some companies or malls can get away with having Apple in the name so long as it's in conjunction with other descriptors.
It's possible that international trademark treaties could make the ruling apply in the UK as well.
If it isn't the same category of product I don't think there's much he can do
Ya, someone is applying trademark law to broadly, that's why i said nothing is likely to happen.
A new online news site or another youtube channel named Subverse or even Subverse Media or something sure, but a game? I don't think he has a case
I guess it all depends on how he filed it.
And how much money he throws at protecting it.
Either way I think Studio FOW are being jackasses about it, though I've never liked them anyways so I'm biased.
Damn, mainstream isn't even trying to hide it anymore

CBS removed their original tweet with the original video, probably due to getting ratio'd to oblivion
That wasn't satire?
Nope. That's a legit scene from The Good Fight, the Spencer video is just spliced in
