Well, not all that regulation is necessary. I agree it cant just be a free for all but there has to be a way besides single payer to fix it
That regulation is 75% safety, 2Ø% efficacy testing, do yes, at least 95% is needed.

Well, I'm in the food industry and while I'm not an expert and they arent analogous industries I can say that a lot of safety regulation is bloated.
