That's fair to an extent. Then you'd have to get into the philosophical questions of whether or not being trans is in and of itself an attempt to fool the body and the public into being something - though he mind says is true - is not. If that discussion is going to happen, then the discussion can happen. For the normal and simple conversation, then yeah. We can agree.

Trying to look like something you are not (biologically) is a attempt at fooling (oneself or others). Neither of those need be dishonest tho, as they could truly believe it. I'm more then happy to let a person be whatever they want, this does not mean i have to agree with what they believe. If you tell me someone is a women, and i know they aren't, i won't call them such, but they are still able to say it.

I've no problem with a person being whatever they want to be, as long as its not to harmful (but that is the sticky line).

as far as the trans bathrooms things goes (which is the reason we even give a damn about this in the first place). That should never have been elevated to a national stage, but it was put there to make another underclass, because the Democrats and the Supreme Court had moved the gays out of it.

Trans bathroom usage, if it even has to be regulated, should be regulated by the owner of the establishment that owns the public bathroom, not the government
