I like Berserk for its variety in enemies. And the utter strangeness, though I'm not sure how much horror intends to be strange

But yeah the most Battle I've gone is Gurren Lagann, and I love all the parts people seem to hate

It has one superfluous episode, and it's a recap

But a lot of people *hate* the timeskip stuff, and the ending

But it's honestly the most important part of the show

It's what gives the show a message, rather than just being 26 episodes of wankery and an unnecessary recap

You know what's weird (or maybe not). I appreciate that the series was willing to kill a main character.

Its willingness to yeet important characters is central to its message. I liked that they did a bit of a bait and switch with it though

I loved animaniacs. Funny thing about that show is that the 3 characters’ personalities resemble me, my younger sister, and younger brother to an extent.
