Squats I usually feel pretty okay about. Mass goes to legs just fine. Upper body weight never wants to distribute evenly. I have to work to get out of the skinnyfat/skeleton spectrum
My goal is just to not be a fat piece of shit again
I’m the exact opposite. I’m constantly fighting to not have chicken legs but my chest and arms do fine
My legs are thin, they just tend to work okay. I can haul ass pretty well, just dont expect me to run a marathon
but like upper body is turbofucked

Oh I do no cardio. I probably should but I just don’t like it at all. I just lift heavy weights 4 times a week
