No. Fascism is just a critic of modernity and a rejection of both capitalism and communism as both just two sides of the same materialistic coin. Im not a fascist, but fascism is not just beating someone you dont like and fascism is not the same as national socialism.

wut? no fascism is putting 'us' at the top of power depending on who 'us' is they will use different tools like capitalism just to benefit them until they don't need it anymore.
