Honestly, I think that would make it worse for them. It'll only drudge up those old grudges from last week. I'd argue that they should take a cultural approach. They need some great personal figures to stand out like Peterson. Not a celebrity but a good person to stay and be an aspiration for their citizens

According to the article the guy was already leaving the restaurant. He was with his kids and could just have left but decided to pull his gun and confront the attacker. That needs huge balls but also a percentage of stupidity to get yourself and your kids in danger.
