he left it up the to doj for the obstruction claim. the doj just came out and said that there will be no charges of obstruction.
because obstruction requires intent, and they would need the evidence of collusion to make the case that intent was there.
Yes, its up to the DOJ to decide what happens from here (thank goodness we have a better leader in there now). But what Mueller has done is left people the possibility that its all fake and we (they) still need to do more to take down Trump.

The thing that pisses me off most of all about this shit is that you know all this investigating and crap will immediately end the moment Trump leaves office. Just like how the accusations against Kavamaugh were imminent, relevant, and demanded action, until he was confirmed for the supreme Court, then no one cared.
