nope
Are you open to being a Christian?
as open as anything i guess, i am not pursuing religion if that's what you mean
Ok.
Has anyone ever shared the gospel with you?
yep, i have been to bethany, mt nebu, the dead sea, etc etc etc
Interesting
Ok.
most Christians don't even know what bethany is
It’s a location mentioned in the Bible.
the baptismal site of jesus christ
Lazarus was risen from the dead there too.
well that's two different bethanys
lazarus was risen in bethany the town in israel
jesus was baptised in a spring called bethany (which was "beyond the jordan" river) in what is now Jordan
Yeah. I got it mixed up. Doesn’t help that they have the same name. Lol
sure doesn't
jordan is an awesome country btw, i enjoyed the people there very much
Never been. Only non us countries I’ve been to are in Europe or Central America
although i went during ramadon , and while i do intermittent fasting on my own, this required fasting for a month is bs
I’ve only glanced through the Koran a couple times.
as i understand it, reading the koran is a waste of time unless you do it in the native language. i.e. anything you derive from it cannot be considered factual if its been translated
From the Muslim perspective right? I think they’re pretty adamant on arabic the Koran.
thats why when people challenge what it says, they just blame translation for you not understanding
I can understand that if there are translation questions or if someone is taking something out of context.
People do it to the Bible all the time.
The bible has like 50 "interpretations" not not many translations
How do you say "groovy" in Latin? 🤔
bruce campbell knows
latin is very useful, when i visited the mutant baby museum in thailand my wife used the latin references to translate the conditions to me
@Clive

@Mandatory Carry dope
@Clive *How do you say "groovy" in Latin?*
"striatus"
