This, by itself, is worth three rants (ok, 2 and an *"threat assessment"*);
One, as HLS, discussing only the facts *and why it was possible.* Indeed, I've kind of written the essay in my head and dismissed the *"issue"* of the fence with the assumption (admittedly sans evidence) that the fence was not "so inferior" that it would be shocking to the conscious.
