Hope this is the right place to post this, but to the guy who argued on the Call-in Show that importing the best brain surgeon makes the potential local brain surgeon and up at Walmart.
There is a lot of opportunity between brain surgeon and Walmart employee, and if the local "aspiring" brain surgeon ends up at Walmart because his position got "stolen" by a foreign surgeon, he probably wasn't going to make it through the competition in the first place!
Also why is the assumption that American surgeons can't compete with foreign ones?
The best imported brain surgeon can't operate on all brains, nor is it impossible for him to be surpassed
Worse still, the implication is that we should be content with mediocrity if it's "our" mediocrity
but remember "They terk er jerbs"

One interesting fact I just discovered
when I searched "states with bad gun laws" on Google, the first results that came up are "States with loosest gun laws", funny how "loose gun laws" are equated with "bad gun laws".

Then again I remembered that the French are really proud of who they are, but of course the show will try to chastise that mentality. And the villain only became radicalized because they were "waayciiist" against him and his family. Not sure who bombed his hometown, but we can surmise that it was from some western country.

Yeah i'm in the same boat but eagles fan so i was mega hype for thursday night football; first game since the superbowl. The ads probably bother me more than anything and the fact that the gamers are nearing 4 hours long. I could read a good part of a book in 4 hours
