Yeah, the biggest issue with the "just drink water" is at some point you get too hammered to remember to do it.

That and if you drink the couple of gallons of water it would take at that point you wouldn't have time to keep drinking between piss breaks.

The government can take your property for any reason and you will like it. See: Kelo v. City of New London

People just need to switch to another platform and nobody wants to do that because the alternatives feel like they are a decade in the past
