Cosmere = same universe, same basic rules, but can have different systems within that framework

I'm lookin for some advice--shit posting or serious--on how to find a place to live with a community building atmosphere. I'll be finished paying off all my debts next month, am single, under 30, and looking to have more quiet time and interpersonal connection with a more humble crowd than cities tend to offer.
