Anything not on that list
I'm lookin for some advice--shit posting or serious--on how to find a place to live with a community building atmosphere. I'll be finished paying off all my debts next month, am single, under 30, and looking to have more quiet time and interpersonal connection with a more humble crowd than cities tend to offer. I have a remote job so as long as the place has decent internet it's fair game.
Do I just throw a camper top on my truck and road trip around the country or what?
Christian values I guess?
Fuck if I know dude I grew up in NY
The land of the secular cunts
I'm open to going to church well leave it there
Religious cults are a great way to meet people.
I feel like I'm too egotistical to join a cult
Would need to start one
Who says it's based on a lie
Not everyone is full on thumper when they start going to church
That's kinda the point to going to church
Then splain me
Solid word of caution
That was off the cuff
But I think church is a good way to connect.
Legalize has got me thinking of getting to Catholic Lite church more often.
I mean I can meet Jesus by myself tbh
Legalize I'm not only going to church to meet people but possibly seeking potential mates.
Not the Bible
Maybe before people knew how to read it was different?
Maybe serve some stew to hobos.
I mean I don't mind being an idiot but it would be nice to know how I'm being an idiot so I can ramp it up
If you would indulge
I vote for church for whatever reason you have. Its a good place to meet grounded people and be part of society.
Faith can come later.
I grew up Episcopalian so we don't really Bible all that good with out gay bishops
Fake it til you make it isn't a terribly good standard tbh
🤷♂️ The way she goes I guess
Wtf is this emoji splitting
Where's my unicode
Fuck it
Unicode is for the japs anyway
OK so then maybe scratch the church idea
What's the next plan
Join non religious groups in your community
If you are not religious
Maybe I should rephrase my original question. I'm not looking to make friends where I live, that ain't an issue. I'm trying to figure out how I can determine what other places in this wonderful country might be a better fit than living in a major metro.
Since I don't make use of any of the city specific lifestyle offerings or need much of the conveniences
