Dude, I didn't even go to school.
i understand why they want socialism
DJ it's probably time to hang up your hat on this one
I'm not saying freezing debt can't work or is a horrible idea
i'm saying they put themselves there
They want socialism because of a two progressive tax system that hides from them the true burden of their existence
freezing interest and freezing debt are two entirely different things.
forgiving their problems, making up for THEIR mistakes shouldn't be my problem
interest i meant
It's not forgiving though.
you're trying to say to them "honey i know you got yourself in a bad position but that's okay we'll take care of that for you"
you're helping them out cause they're stupiud
It's preventing them from paying interest perpetually until the day they die, or we collapse from socialism.
i'm not into that
i'm just not
You still have to pay the loan though.
And interest
Wether society absorbs the loss in interest or the cost of the loan, it still pushes the burden off on to society
It's just not perpetual.
right they still have to pay it but they fucking put themselves there
Society doesn't absorb the cost nearly as much as they will when the boomers all die.
i've paid for my mistakes lol
i think they can do
with their fucking degrees
Imagine you had to pay for your mistakes 4 times over?
Why would i make a mistake like that?
A mistake you made when you were 18
i made plenty when i was 18
because 18 year olds are idiots.
my girlfriend made that mistake when she was 18
when she was 20 she said oh
that's a lot of cuking money
As did my wife, and I'm paying for it.
and got an AA instead
Not that I mind, I'm fortunate that I can easily pay off her loan.
You don't pay for the mistake 4 times over, you repeat the mistake each month you don't pay it off. Its the same mistake multiple times, not one mistake with multiple penalties
^
What
No, unless you can magically pay the entire balance you will end up paying interest on the total amount that on average will put you around 300-400% of the loan amount.
dj i know too many people with college debt that still upgrade phones often and work part time at walmart, then leave walmart and work part time at target
