So it compresses your ear drum?
Kek
you can avoid that by just yawning
same way you pop your ears when youre in a tall ass elevator or whatever
Hol up the beat is about to drop *Yawns*
Pressure would build up in part 2 but I guess the depressuring of 12 would reverse it?
ye
also the seal isnt perfect in iems anyway so itll depressurise over time
its pretty much irrelevant if you insert your iems properly anyway
like etys are 100% sealed and i dont have issues with ear pressure shit
Yeah about seals, is double flangle or some other seal meme worth it?
Only a single tip doesn't seal properly
depends on the iem and your ear
Actual benefits for wearing more than one flangle?
Some headfi's claim it chances the soundsignature
multiple areas that seal against the canal
so you get a better seal and higher isolation
issue is that bi/tri flange tips are often longer, which will affect the sound
And then there is opening up an iem and closing it with tape/cotton
buy ety or diy using shady taobao BA's and 3d printer at uni
🤔
I even have female mmcx jacks
might just diy it
ull want the knowles filters as well

buy mmcx ety friend
@Windatica unless you're using an sla printer, 3d pritned iem enclosure will take a _LOT_ of post processing to work well
well, or dlp, basically you want one of those fansy resin pritners that'll do 25 micron layers
there's a few jet 3d pritners on the market that'll be good enough too but your uni prooobably doesn't have one of those
they cost millions
i really fucking want an hp jetfusion setup but i'll never be able to afford it :<
